This course is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Taoist slimming Qigong — a focused and accessible practice designed to stimulate metabolism, improve digestion, and lighten the body through breath-led movement and posture refinement.
Each day, you’ll complete three continuous 7-minute sessions, forming a 21-minute routine that gradually rebalances your internal system and promotes long-term physical transformation.
